My wish for each and every session is to help you restore your health.  Maybe you are here because you already know how wonderful bodywork is.  Maybe you are here because you need a little help in returning to maximum wellness.  Whatever your reason, I am glad our paths have crossed.

You can return to wellness and find harmony.  I am honored to assist you down this path, and will give you my very best, every session.  Whether you want a relaxing Swedish massage, or to work through an emotion with energy work, is up to you.  It is your time and I honor where you are today in that journey.

Each treatment will be designed around the needs of your body, mind, and spirit.  So all you need to do is show up, tell me what you’d like to achieve in the session, and then let it all go…..
